Default ANet In-Game and Chat Rules?

I haven't seen this posted yet, so I apologize in advance if this is old news.

In Ascalon Intl 1 this evening, I saw this in the chat window...

It's probably fair to assume that ANet has use of the yellow text, but I've never seen them telling people to use the correct channels...

If they're starting to crack down, I have only one thing to say:

Hooray!

Whilst a step forward I would hardly call this a crack down. People will continue to sell in Local, and merely ignore the warnings. This kind of behaviour will continue until some repercussions are introduced

O_x That's interesting..maybe they found people to round robin at certain times watching trade chats? Or it could just be one person watching one district while they're on :/. Meh, if this IS the case, I never thought they might actually do something like this, quite interesting indeed..only internationals though??
